Three-year-old Moira is the light of her family’s life and it is clear that her family means everything to her. Due to her condition, a Congenital Nervous System Disorder, she is unable to walk and is confined to a wheelchair or stroller. She has two siblings: a one-year-old sister, and a five-year-old brother, who is very protective and loving of his little sister. Giving Moira the most normal life possible is the most important thing for the family.
Moira loves to play with her toys and loves lights. She enjoys spending time outside, going for walks and swinging. When Moira and her family found out that her wish was approved, they knew having a playhouse in their yard would be a wonderful bonding experience and something they could cherish for years to come. With a playhouse designed to meet her needs, Moira would have the chance to have fun and enjoy the outdoors without being limited.
On July 25, 2015, Moira’s wish to have a playhouse will come true. The custom house will be wheelchair accessible and full of color and lights. The outside will be charming and welcoming with working windows, shutters and a personalized door plaque. It will also include four window boxes so that Moira can enjoy the beautiful flowers right outside her window. The inside of the house will be just as cozy and comfortable with hardwood floors, window curtains and shelves for all her toys. The playhouse will be the perfect place for Moira to spend time with her friends and family members for years to come.
