Sarah: I wish to meet Ariel

“ The week at Disney gave Sarah and her family the opportunity to focus on being a family and making memories to last a lifetime. ”

Sarah has overcome surmountable difficulties surrounding her diagnosis of an Inherited Neurological disorder. Her family was told she would never be able to talk or be potty-trained and that she would have immense difficulties when walking. With the love and support of her parents and three siblings, Sarah has defied her prognosis by accomplishing all three of these things. She even attends a special needs school each day. Sarah has found comfort in living the most normal life she can, and likes to indulge herself in video games and all things Disney.

When offered the chance to have a wish granted, Sarah chose to go to Disney World so she could meet her favorite princess, Ariel. In November 2013, Sarah was flown to Disney with her entire family, even her Grandma May, and spent a week visiting all of the parks including Universal Studios and Sea World. Sarah had the time of her life meeting her idol, Ariel, as well as other Disney celebrities. The week at Disney gave Sarah and her family the opportunity to focus on being a family and making memories that last a lifetime.
